The granddaddy of scooters, Vespa (means wasp in Italian) is synonymous with quality and color packages. Asian scooters have taken over the market, yet Vespa remains king/queen of its category. Expect to pay $4,000 or so for a loaded Vespa, much more for a cherry retro model.
