CONSIDER INSURANCE

Gun World - - Cleared Hot -

Are you prepared for the legal ramifications of using your firearm in self-defense of yourself or others? My guess is, no.

Several companies offer insurance for the gun owner, should they find themselves having to use their weapon. Companies such as the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA; USConcealedCarry.com), NRA Carry Guard (NRACarryGuard.com) and CCW Safe (CCWSafe. com) offer policies to offset the cost of a court battle. Each of them has different benefits and are not the only companies out there.

Estimates are that the average cost to defend a capital offense is around $50,000. These companies find you a lawyer who understands gun rights and ownership. This is not a defense you want to leave up to your real estate lawyer, just as you wouldn’t want a traffic court lawyer to close on your house.
