The fifth annual Hamptons Wellness Week began with a day full of health and sunshine at Topping Rose House on Saturday, June 10th. After a morning meditation, attendees could take part in complimentary fitness classes and wellness experiences, including acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, nontoxic manicures, SUP yoga in the pool, healthy eats (like homemade veggie burgers, spinach pies, and freshmade juice and smoothies), and much more. Over 250 people experienced the best of the best in East End wellness. Hamptons Wellness Week founders Kiley Demarco and Anastasia Gavalas were thrilled to bring the local wellness community together for a healthy, happy cause: the Wing It Project, an area nonprofit that provides empowering experiences for children of all abilities. Sponsors like Unitedhealthcare and Buildtheory helped make this event possible.
