Ford’s buyback offer

In an effort to overcome buyers’ concerns over job security in the current environment, Ford is offering to allow customers acquiring a new or used car through Ford Credit to return the vehicle within a year if a job loss makes payments difficult. The “Ford Promise” program is in effect through September 30 and applies to new or certified used vehicles leased or purchased. Model years 2019 to 2021 are covered.
