Be­nan­cio An­toque, 32, of Keaau with con­tempt of court and re­vo­ca­tion or mod­i­fi­ca­tion of pro­ba­tion.

Aaron Potts, 29, of Kailu­aKona with two counts of theft.

Dingie Martin, 32, of Pa­hoa with fail­ure to ap­pear.

Earl N. An­drade, 54, of Cap­tain Cook with five counts of con­tempt of court.

Nahum Kai­hoonae Cramer, 22, of Pa­hoa with ter­ror­is­tic threat­en­ing.

Anna Mahina Nani Beshore, 44, of Moun­tain View with pro­mot­ing a dan­ger­ous drug. Ty­maya Scott, 22, of Honokaa with theft. Amy Leigh Hay­den, 32, of Hilo with DUI. Cait­lyn T. Chris­tensen, 32, of Pa­hoa with con­tempt of court.

David Lee Carter, 53, of Keaau with con­tempt of court.

Jerry Keoni Kama, 40, of Kailu­aKona with con­tempt of court.

Jonathan Al­bert Mau­rice Weil, 32, of Cap­tain Cook with fail­ure to ap­pear.

An­drew M. Avery, 28, of Hilo with con­tempt of court.

Con­tempt of court typ­i­cally means fail­ing to com­ply with a judge’s or­der, such as pay­ing a fine or ap­pear­ing at a court pro­ceed­ing. Fail­ure to ap­pear means not show­ing up in court on the date writ­ten on a traf­fic ci­ta­tion.
