Citizens arrested and charged
Big Island police arrested and charged the following individuals:
Benancio Antoque, 32, of Keaau with contempt of court and revocation or modification of probation.
Aaron Potts, 29, of KailuaKona with two counts of theft.
Dingie Martin, 32, of Pahoa with failure to appear.
Earl N. Andrade, 54, of Captain Cook with five counts of contempt of court.
Nahum Kaihoonae Cramer, 22, of Pahoa with terroristic threatening.
Anna Mahina Nani Beshore, 44, of Mountain View with promoting a dangerous drug. Tymaya Scott, 22, of Honokaa with theft. Amy Leigh Hayden, 32, of Hilo with DUI. Caitlyn T. Christensen, 32, of Pahoa with contempt of court.
David Lee Carter, 53, of Keaau with contempt of court.
Jerry Keoni Kama, 40, of KailuaKona with contempt of court.
Jonathan Albert Maurice Weil, 32, of Captain Cook with failure to appear.
Andrew M. Avery, 28, of Hilo with contempt of court.
Contempt of court typically means failing to comply with a judge’s order, such as paying a fine or appearing at a court proceeding. Failure to appear means not showing up in court on the date written on a traffic citation.
