This exercise will teach your body good alignment and posture, strengthen and sculpt your thigh muscles and scorch calories.
- Lift your heels to a comfortable height - Bend your knees to lower your hips about a third of the way down - Create a vertical alignment with your body, stacking your shoulders, hips and heels in one line - Relax your glutes and move down and up in one-inch increments.
Aim to stay in proper form and at a challenging depth for more than two minutes!
