AMMUNITION TEST NOTES

Home Defender - - Trends -

01

Using a custom-build carbine with a 16-inch Brownells barrel, I tested the ammunition. Accuracy results are not included.

02

Each of these loads will punch a one-hole group at 25 yards, and most will group into 1 to 1.8 MOA in this rifle at 100 yards.

03

I fired the bullets into water jugs, which are 6 inches across. Results are easily verifiable; anyone in the country may test their load’s performance against mine.

04

Water is within 10 percent of gelatin results. The only drawback is that the wound cavity isn’t permanent and able to be examined. The loads tested were reliable.
