In terms of in­ven­tory, we’ve sold a lot of our list­ings. I took some cus­tomers around re­cently and it’s slim pickings.

Driv­ing prospec­tive buy­ers around look­ing at houses?

Yes. They said, “Here’s what I’m look­ing for. I’m look­ing for Santa Fe Style. I’m look­ing for brick floors. Some peo­ple have very spe­cific wants, but I al­ways throwin a few op­tions and show them some ar­eas they may not have thought of. That’s what’s fun about this busi­ness: find­ing the per­fect home, not just sell­ing some­body some­thing.
