>> Ecumenical Taize prayer. Bishop Larry Silva of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu is inviting all Protestant and Orthodox church leaders for an evening of Taize prayer at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Newman Center/Holy Spirit Parish, 1941 East-West Road. The service will be held during the 2017 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity and will recognize the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation.
