Greenwood King Realtors get market update
Agents and management at Greenwood King Properties received an update on the current luxury home market from Stephanie Pfeffer Anton, executive vice president of Luxury Portfolio International.
Anton provided the Realtors with an overview of Luxury Portfolio and its services as well as an in-depth look at the global affluent today; how they think, make decisions and move in the world.
She reported on their expectations for technology, how they are influenced online, how they embrace and lead technological adoption, and ultimately how these factors impact the luxury real estate market.
According to Anton, the luxury home market has expanded in the first quarter of 2017. Luxury buyers are seeking a quality home lifestyle over luxury goods such as jewelry and watches, and are placing increased value on privacy in their home choices.
