CBRE has expanded its retail services team with the addition of Sydney Dixon as a senior associate, and Lacee Jacobs and Sasha Levine as associates. The profession­als bring a range of occupier and investor leasing experience to the commercial real estate firm.

Brian Nessen has joined Gulf Publishing Co. as group publisher. Nessen will manage a group that includes Pipeline & Gas Journal, Undergroun­d Constructi­on, Undergroun­d Constructi­on Technology conference and exhibition, and the Pipeline Opportunit­ies Conference.

Deborah G. Adams has joined the board of directors of MRC Global. Adams has more than 30 years of management and operationa­l experience at Phillips 66 and its predecesso­r companies.

Jayme Partridge has joined Fish & Richardson as a principal in the firm’s litigation group, where she will focus her practice on complex intellectu­al property litigation. Goldie Arriola has joined Bureau Veritas as chief human resources officer and vice president.

Welles Fitzpatric­k has joined SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as a managing director responsibl­e for coverage of the energy exploratio­n & production sector.
