Ex­ter­ran En­ergy So­lu­tions has leased 58,857 square feet at 11000 Eq­uity Drive in north­west Hous­ton’s West­way Park de­vel­op­ment. The three-story, 63,600-square-foot build­ing was de­signed by Kirk­sey Ar­chi­tec­ture and built by Sat­ter­field & Pon­tikes Con­struc­tion, which is head­quar­tered there but will be mov­ing out. Eric An­der­son and Tyler Gar­rett of Tran­swest­ern rep­re­sented the land­lord, The Selig­man Group. Louie Crapitto and Dan Bel­low of JLL rep­re­sented the tenant. Glen­brook Dis­trict LLC has pur­chased Glen­brook Busi­ness Park, a 157,000square-foot in­dus­trial park at 9191 Win­kler from TPI Glen­brook Park. Larry Vick­ers of Tarantino Prop­er­ties rep­re­sented the seller. Guy Brown and Doug Mor­row of Texas Over­land Co. rep­re­sented the buyer. West­ern Post USA has leased 122,200 square feet at 11833 Cut­ten Road. Al­li­son Bergmann and Jim Fore­man of Cush­man & Wake­field land­lord, In­dus­trial rep­re­sented Prop­erty the Trust. Chris Caudill and John Fer­ruzzo of NAI Part­ners rep­re­sented the tenant. West­ern Post will be the first tenant in the new spec dis­tri­bu­tion build­ing. Tam­lyn, a build­ing prod­ucts com­pany, has pur­chased 7.9 acres in the Ingco Busi­ness Park in Stafford for fu­ture ex­pan­sion needs from Bear­den De­vel­op­ment. Bill Hall rep­re­sented Bear­den and Rusty Tam­lyn of HFF rep­re­sented the buyer. Abun­dant Liv­ing Real Es­tate has leased 2,065 square feet, and Ur­gensee and HomeAid Hous­ton have leased 4,610 square feet of of­fice space at the his­toric Heights Clock Tower, 611 W. 22nd. Ashely Caster­lin of Davis Com­mer­cial rep­re­sented the land­lord, Heights Clock Tower. Nick­son Spell Road 13 has pur­chased 2.9 acres in the Tom­ball Busi­ness and Tech­nol­ogy Park as the site of a spec­u­la­tive 25,200square-foot of­fice/ware­house build­ing. The land is on Spell Cir­cle (Lot 13), north­west of Spell Road and Huf­smith Kohrville Road. Tom Con­don Jr. with Col­liers In­ter­na­tional rep­re­sented the seller, Tom­ball Eco­nomic De­vel­op­ment Corp. ACC Realty rep­re­sented the buyer. As­eye Auto and Trad­ing leased 2,227 square feet at 15660 W. Hardy. Jim Auten­re­ith and Sam Ray­burn of Moody Ram­bin rep­re­sented the land­lord, In­vest LP. Pru­den­tial Fi­nan­cial Ad­vi­sors has leased 786 square feet at 14200 Gulf Free­way. Dani Al­li­son of Of­fice So­lu­tions rep­re­sented the land­lord.
