Taylor Morrison builds Rosebay floor plan for GHBA charity effort
Taylor Morrison Houston is partnering with their long-time vendors and the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) to build one of two GHBA Benefit homes this year. The Benefit Homes Project is a 38 year-old charity fundraiser that raises funds for two local charities. HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home are beneficiaries of the project.
Taylor Morrison is nearing completion of its Rosebay floor plan in Grand Vista. This one-story home design is part of Taylor Morrison’s Chalet Series that offers 1,730 square feet.
The broad entryway leads to an openconcept gathering room and kitchen. The formal dining room is designed for both large gathering or intimate dining.
The master bedroom suite includes a French door entry to a master bath featuring a vanity with dual sinks and a walk-in closet.
