Tom and Rita’s son Chet, 25, came clean about his addiction issues last fall. “I was selling coke [and] doing coke until I couldn’t even snort it up my nose anymore because it was so clogged. I even smoked crack,” he confessed, insisting that he’s now sober.

RITA HAD BREAST CANCER

In April 2015, Rita announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and had secretly undergone a double mastectomy. “[She’s] extremely brave,” Tom said of his wife at the time.

HE WORKS CONSTANTLY

With four movies set to premiere in 2016 — including Sully (pictured) — Tom won’t slow down. “He’s constantly traveling for work,” says the source.
