Jennifer Aniston’s mother, Nancy Dow, is haunting her daughter from the grave. A family insider tells In Touch that one of Nancy’s former caregivers is considering writing a book in which she’ll expose the terrible relationship Jen had with her dying mom over the last several years of her life. “The caregiver was present for the few phone calls and even fewer meetings between Jen and Nancy” before Nancy’s death in May, says the family insider. “She wants to expose the real Jennifer Aniston.” The actress, 47, famously had a falling out with her mom in 1996 after Nancy gave the tabloid TV show Hard Copy an interview about Jen. (Three years later, Nancy released a tell-all, From Mother and Daughter to Friends: A Memoir, against Jen’s wishes.) “The world sees Jen as adorable Rachel from Friends, but the real story is more like reverse Mommie Dearest,” with Jen treating her mother poorly, says the family insider, adding that Jen would likely fight the release of the book. “She can only imagine the things Nancy has said about her over the years.”

“Nancy was so sick and lonely,” says a family insider.
