Here we go again! In Touch has learned that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are talking again — and it’s gotten so serious that the pair are planning to get married. “Justin reached out to Selena a few weeks ago while she was in rehab [at Tennessee’s Brookhaven Retreat]. She was surprised to hear from him, but soon they were talking all the time,” says a source, adding that Justin, 22, eventually told Selena, 24, that he wants to move with her to a place far away from LA, like her hometown of Grand Prairie, Texas, or even his native Canada. “Selena was all for it,” says the source, “as long as Justin proposes.” Why? To prove that he’s finally committed to making their relationship work. “She’s already talking as if they are engaged,” says the source, adding that Selena’s friends and family would never give the union their blessing — not that she cares. “Selena will get married in private, just to show them she doesn’t need their approval,” says the source. “She’s telling friends they will run off somewhere tropical, like the Caribbean, Hawaii or maybe Mexico. She thinks if they just bite the bullet and get married, all of their problems will disappear.”
