SECRETS OF F Full House THEY DIDN’T ALWAYS GET ALONG

EXCLUSIVE Bruised egos, guest star surprises and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes drama — and laughs! In Touch has the scoop on the beloved sitcom and its reboot, Fuller House

In Touch (USA) - - Newsflash -

Like their characters, Full House stars Dave Coulier (Joey), Bob Saget (Danny) and John Stamos (Uncle Jesse) are as close as brothers. But it hasn’t always been that way. “Behind the scenes it was a dysfunctional family with out-of-control egos and actors vying for the spotlight,” an insider tells In Touch. “There was a lot of jealousy between the three male leads. Bob always said the show was about him and his family, but women loved John and he ended up becoming the star. Meanwhile, poor Dave always felt like the odd man out. There were bruised egos in the early years.” But John, 53, Bob, 60, and Dave, 57, tell In Touch exclusively that after three decades, their jealousy is a thing of the past. “Our heads got big, but we’ve [since] knocked each other back down,” John said at the Goodwill of Orange County Gala on Nov. 5. “And now we’re always there for each other. We’ve been there for births, deaths, divorce. I think we’re closer than we’ve ever been.” Bob agrees: “There’s nothing to prove anymore because we all just love each other.”

“Can’t wait for you all to see this hilarious episode!” Jodie Sweetin (left) wrote on Instagram, sharing a picture of NKOTB on set.
