Undo Ar­row, Redo Ar­row

Sym­me­try, Trans­form Tool: Use the trans­form tool or ac­ti­vate sym­me­try to mir­ror what you draw on one side of the can­vas to the other side.

Dou­ble Puck: This tool, which con­trols the brush size, type, opac­ity, and color, is one of the best in Sketch­Book's ar­se­nal. Drag left or right from the cen­ter to ad- just the size of your brush; drag up or down to ad­just the opac­ity of the brush. Se­lect the bot­tom puck to ad­just color; drag left or right for sat­u­ra­tion, drag up or down for bright­ness.

LEFT MENU

Brush Edi­tor: Se­lect, tweak , and store your fa­vorite brushes. Press the brush icon to ac­cess all brushes, swipe up and down to scroll through dif­fer­ent sets: Ba­sic (Fa­vorites), Syn­thetic Paint, Smudge, Fine Art, Tex­ture, Shape, Splat­ter, and Halftone. You can also con­trol Hard­ness, Ra­dius, Opac­ity, Spacing and Ro­ta­tion. If you have a pres­sure-sen­si­tive sty­lus, you may tin­ker with it here to make it to your lik­ing. (Be sure to turn on your pres­sure-sen­si­tive sty­lus in pref­er­ences first.) Color Edi­tor: Press the color icon to ac­cess the color wheel or to use the Copic marker color pal­ette. Use the color wheel to find the right hue; use the cen­ter di­a­mond to ad­just sat­u­ra­tion and bright­ness.

RIGHT MENU

Layer Icon: Add pho­tos, use the cam­era, or add a built-in tem­plate with the layer edi­tor. You can re­order lay­ers, con­trol opac­ity, and change blend modes. Lock layer trans­parency gives you the op­tion of re­col­or­ing only the ac­tive pix­els on a layer.
