Do you have a favorite website you visit every day? If the site doesn't have an app or its app consumes too much storage, you can instead turn the site into an icon and access it directly from your Home screen. Now you never have to go through the hassle of opening Safari and searching for the website manually!
To get started, simply go to the website you wish to add and tap the Share icon. Then select Add to Home Screen from the options listed and tap Add in the top right corner. Now you can access your favorite site quickly and easily from the Home screen.
Sometimes while browsing the Internet, you'll come across an article that you'd love to read but don't have the time for in the moment. With Apple's Reading List you can save articles from the web and go back and read them any time.
Once you find an article you want to save, tap the Share button on the bottom of your screen and then tap Add to Reading List. To access your Reading List, open Safari and tap on the Bookmarks icon on the bottom of your screen. Next, tap on the reading glasses icon at the top of the screen. Here you'll find all the articles you've saved from the web. Customize Safari Reader Mode
Safari Reader Mode is one of those features people often forget about, but it's a great asset when reading articles online. Reader Mode removes the clutter of a webpage so you can focus on the content you're reading. There are multiple options for personalizing the appearance of Safari Reader Mode, including customized font and background color.
To customize Safari Reader, open a webpage and enable Reader View by tapping the icon in the upper left corner of the URL bar. Select the font icon that appears in the upper right corner. Here, you can select your preferred font, font size, and background color.
