How do I find the Health app to re-install it? It's just gone! Also, is it available on my iPad or laptop?
Sincerely, Lost My Health Dear Lost, The Health app is one of the few Apple stock apps that you can't delete. To locate the app on your iPhone, swipe down from the center of your Home screen to open Spotlight and type Health in the Search bar. The name of the folder it's in will be listed next to the app icon in the search results. If no folder name is listed in the results, the Health app is on one of your Home screens, not in a folder. The Health app is only available on the iPhone and iPod Touch.
I hate what iOS 10 did. I don't want to see News, Calendar, and other stuff when I press the Home button. I currently have to press the Home button twice before I can open my iPhone. Ugh.
Sincerely, Just Unlock Already
Dear Unlock, If you press the Home button and then continue resting your finger there for a few seconds your iPhone should unlock and open instead of just showing you all the things on the widget screen you don't want to see.
If even that's too much of a hassle, you can go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Home Button and toggle Rest Finger to Open. After that, you will be able to log in to your iPhone the way you did in iOS 9.
How do you name a group in the Messages app? And how do you add another person to that group?
Sincerely, Mass Messenger
Dear Mass Messenger, First open the group conversation you want to name and then tap on the “i“symbol in the top right corner. Here, you can tap Enter a Group Name at the top and name your group. Below your list of contacts in the group, you will also see the option to Add Contact. Tap that and enter the contact you wish to add. Note: only group iMessages can be named.
