Refer to photo throughout. Press stitched piece from reverse side, straightening as much as possible.
Apply double-sided tape to all sides of outer wooden hoop. Starting near screw on top of hoop, place both colors of ribbon side by side on outer hoop. Wrap ribbons around outer hoop, alternating colors and laying ribbons flat until reaching other side of screw. Trim ribbon ends as needed.
Center stitched piece over inner hoop. Place ribbon-covered outer hoop over stitched piece, stretching and straightening stitched piece as needed. Tighten screw to secure. Trim stitched piece flush with hoop being careful not to cut ribbons. Use 12" lengths of each color of ribbon to tie a bow around screw hardware.
