Press stitched piece from reverse side straightening as much as possible. Center and trim stitched piece to 31/2" x 81/2".
Hand-baste one piece of batting to reverse side of one piece of coordinating fabric for front.
Center stitched piece on right side of front fabric and hand-baste in place. Staying close to edges of stitched piece, use machine zigzag stitch to sew stitched piece to front fabric piece, creating pillow front.
Center lavender grosgrain ribbon over zigzag stitches and baste in place, mitering corners. Sew ribbon along both edges to pillow front. Center black braid over grosgrain ribbon and hand-sew in place. Sew beads to black trim using photo for reference.
Baste the piping along edges of pillow front, aligning piping and fabric edges. Using a zipper-foot attachment, stitch as close to piping as possible, mitering corners.
Hand-baste remaining piece of batting to reverse side of remaining coordinating fabric piece for pillow back.
Place back piece and pillow front wrong sides together. Stitch together using 1/2" seam allowance, being careful not to stitch over piping and leaving one side open for stuffing.
Turn pillow right side out and stuff with fiberfill. Fold pillow front and back under 1/2" and blind-stitch opening closed.
