Place coordinating fabric on work surface, right side down, place and center stitched piece, right side up, on fabric. Making sure all layers are smooth and flat, pin layers together. Trim coordinating fabric to same size as stitched piece. Sew raw edges together using zigzag or blanket stitch.
Starting in middle of bottom edge, open bias tape and encase the stitched edges between tape, pinning as you work. Upon reaching starting point, cut bias tape 1/2" past starting point. Fold end of tape under slightly, covering start of tape. Pin in place. Sew bias tape in place, mitering each corner. Sew length of floss to back for hanging.
