In­struc­tions: Fold linen in half ver­ti­cally and cen­ter de­sign on front panel. Cross stitch over two threads us­ing two strands of floss.

Fin­ish­ing Ma­te­ri­als & In­struc­tions

Nikyscre­ations* for lin­ing • 5" x 5" square co­or­di­nat­ing felt • Two co­or­di­nat­ing but­tons • 12" co­or­di­nat­ing cord­ing • Co­or­di­nat­ing em­broi­dery floss

Press stitched piece and straighten gen­tly. Trim ex­cess fab­ric so that stitched piece mea­sures 10" x 5" with de­sign cen­tered on front. Pin stitched piece and un­stitched lin­ing right sides to­gether, leav­ing a small open­ing for turn­ing; sew to­gether us­ing 1/4" seam al­lowance. Turn right side out and hand-stitch open­ing closed. Us­ing co­or­di­nat­ing floss, work blan­ket stitch around edge of seam.

Re­fer­ring to pho­to­graph through­out, fold cord­ing in half around fold; at­tach to in­side and out­side of needle­book us­ing a few tack­ing stitches of match­ing floss. Knot cord ends to­gether at bot­tom and leave ends hang­ing. At­tach but­tons at cor­ners of needle­book as shown.
