ROCK HALL — Kelley Lee Crouch, 35, Rock Hall, on Oct. 18, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police reported that Crouch was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for an alleged traffic offense.
Deputy David W. Nolan conducted the traffic stop at 3:26 p.m. on Judefind Avenue at Brittany Bay Drive.
CHESTERTOWN — Patrick Henry Martin, 67, Chestertown, on Oct. 24, was charged with exceeding maximum speed: 76 mph in a 55-mph zone; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Deputy David W. Nolan reported that while conducting a roadside interview, he smelled alcohol on Martin. Martin allegedly performed poorly on standardized field sobriety tests and refused to submit to a chemical test, according to a news release.
Deputy Nolan conducted the traffic stop at 2:38 a.m on state Route 213 at Perkins Hill Road.
