FTA. Tyler Alexan­der Jones, 25, Wor­ton, on Sept. 1, was is­sued a dis­trict court bench war­rant for fail­ure to ap­pear in court. He was re­leased on per­sonal re­cog­ni­zance.

FTA. Kevin Wayne Baskerville, 36, Hen­der­son, N.C., on Sept. 5, was is­sued a dis­trict court bench war­rant for fail­ure to ap­pear in court. He was re­leased on per­sonal re­cog­ni­zance.

BAD CHECK. Shana Holly Wright, 45, Rock Hall, on Sept. 6, was is­sued a dis­trict court ar­rest war­rant charg­ing her with pass­ing a bad

check. She was re­leased on per­sonal re­cog­ni­zance.

PROBATION. Rashawn Donte Ben­nett, 39, Ch­ester­town, on Sept. 7, was is­sued a cir­cuit court war­rant charg­ing him with vi­o­la­tion of probation. He was ini­tially held in the Kent County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with­out bail.

FTA. Ge­orge Peter Thomas III, 31, Milling­ton, on Sept. 8, was is­sued a cir­cuit court bench war­rant for fail­ure to ap­pear in court. He was ini­tially held in the Kent County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with­out bail. Thomas also was is­sued a cir­cuit court

body at­tach­ment for fail­ure to ap­pear in court. Bail was ini­tially set at $750.

PAROLE. Charles Parker Hawkins, 36, Rock Hall, on Sept. 8, was is­sued a Mary­land Parole Com­mis­sion re­take war­rant charg­ing him with vi­o­la­tion of probation. He was ini­tially held in the Kent County De­ten­tion Cen­ter with­out bail.

THEFT. Deputy David W. Nolan is in­ves­ti­gat­ing a Sept. 9 shoplift­ing com­plaint at Molly’s Sport­ing Goods, near Kennedyville. Loss is es­ti­mated to be less than $1,000. Us­ing sur­veil­lance video, po­lice have been able

to iden­tify a sus­pect, ac­cord­ing to a sher­iff’s office news re­lease.

BURGLARY. Deputy David W. Nolan is in­ves­ti­gat­ing a Sept. 9 theft of house­hold items and a ma­li­cious de­struc­tion of prop­erty com­plaint in the 33000-block of Cy­press Road, Milling­ton. Cost to re­pair the prop­erty dam­age is es­ti­mated to be $1,050.

Ch­ester­town Po­lice

BURGLARY. PFC Samuel Kinser is in­ves­ti­gat­ing an Aug. 7 at­tempted burglary of the Blue­bird Tav­ern, Wash­ing­ton Av­enue.
