The court­house cal­en­dar will carry guilty, not guilty, NP and stet ver­dicts.

NP (nolle pros­e­qui): A for­mal en­try upon the record by the pros­e­cut­ing of­fi­cer in a crim­i­nal case by which he de­clares that he “will no fur­ther pros­e­cute” the case.

Stet: Stay of a de­ci­sion that may not be en­tered over the de­fen­dant’s ob­jec­tion and may be re­in­stated within the year for trial at the re­quest of ei­ther party. Af­ter one year’s time, it may be resched­uled only upon good cause shown.

The only dis­trict court mo­tor ve­hi­cle cases that are pub­lished here are those re­lated to im­paired driv­ing.

The fol­low­ing charges are placed on the stet docket: fail­ure to dis­play two lighted front lamps when re­quired; fail­ure to dis­play li­cense to uni­formed po­lice on de­mand; driv­ing with­out re­quired li­cense and au­tho­riza­tion; driv­ing on sus­pended li­cense and priv­i­lege; driv­ing while li­cense is sus­pended; driv­ing on re­voked li­cense and priv­i­lege; dis­play­ing ex­pired reg­is­tra­tion plate; driv­ing with­out cur­rent reg­is­tra­tion plates and val­i­da­tion tabs; and do­ing for­bid­den act per­tain­ing to driver’s li­cense.

Luis S. Jaramillo Llan­qui­huen. 45, Hartly, Del. Act­ing as a con­trac- tor with­out a li­cense. Plea guilty. Ver­dict guilty. The de­fen­dant is sen­tenced to the Kent County De­ten­tion Cen­ter for six months, sus­pended. He is to pay resti­tu­tion of $4,993. The de­fen­dant is to be placed on su­per­vised pro­ba­tion for two years. The fol­low­ing charge is dis­missed: sell home im­prove­ment with­out a li­cense.
