MASSEY — Robert Fran­cis Fox 3rd, 34, Mag­no­lia, Del., on Oct. 11, was charged with driv­ing while im­paired by al­co­hol; div­ing while un­der the in­flu­ence of al­co­hol; and driv­ing while im­paired by a con­trolled dan­ger­ous sub­stance.

He was re­leased on per­sonal re­cog­ni­zance.

Po­lice ini­tially stopped Fox for speed­ing; he al­legedly was driv­ing 67 mph in a 50-mph zone.

Sgt. Harry A. Ket­tner con­ducted the traf­fic stop at 1 a.m. on state Route 330 at Black Bot­tom Road.

CH­ESTER­TOWN — Con­nor Wil­liam Le­mon, 26, Mid­dle River, on Oct. 13, was charged with a host of traf­fic of­fenses af­ter al­legedly as­sault­ing his girl­friend and flee­ing in her ve­hi­cle.

He was re­leased on a $5,000 bond.

Le­mon was charged with sec­ond-de­gree as­sault and unau­tho­rized re­moval of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle af­ter events that al­legedly oc­curred on Cliffs City Road.

He is al­leged to have fled the scene in the woman’s ve­hi­cle with­out her per­mis­sion and eluded po­lice af­ter crash­ing the ve­hi­cle into a fence.

Le­mon also was charged with un­safe lane chang­ing; reck­less driv­ing; neg­li­gent driv­ing; fail­ure to drive right of cen­ter; driv­ing, at­tempt­ing to drive while un­der the in­flu­ence of al­co­hol; and driv­ing, at­tempt­ing to drive while im­paired by al­co­hol.

Cpl. G. Travis Man­ning in­ves­ti­gated.

CH­ESTER­TOWN — John Franklin Riggs, 52, Sal­is­bury, on Oct. 15, was charged with pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia; and two counts of pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled dan­ger­ous sub­stance that is not mar­i­juana.

He was re­leased on $3,000 un­se­cured bond.

Cpl. Philip E. Trinks re­sponded to Earl Ni­chol­son Road at Bak­ers Lane at 6:25 p.m. for a re­port of a sus­pi­cious ve­hi­cle. He found a man, sub­se­quently iden­ti­fied as Riggs, passed out in the driver’s seat, ac­cord­ing to a sher­iff’s of­fice news re­lease.

CH­ESTER­TOWN — Justin Lee Baker, 27, Rock Hall, on Oct. 20, was charged with driv­ing while un­der the in­flu­ence of al­co­hol; and driv­ing while im­paired by al­co­hol.

He was re­leased on per­sonal re­cog­ni­zance.

Sgt. Harry A. Ket­tner con­ducted the traf­fic stop at 10:57 p.m. on state Route 298 and Earl Ni­chol­son Road.
