LOJAX

Open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., Hula’s of­fers a Mon­day–Fri­day happy hour from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., daily drink spe­cials, and views of Di­a­mond Head and Waikiki Beach.

Max’s of­fers a dry sauna, show­ers, dark maze, large screen the­ater, lounge, and gym to its mem­bers.

WANG CHUNG’S

2424 Koa Ave. (808-921-9176) wangchungs.com Lo­cated be­hind the Hy­att Re­gency Ho­tel, this tiny karaoke bar is tucked away in an al­ley along­side other small lo­cal busi­nesses. Wang Chung’s is one of the friendli­est bars in Waikiki, fea­tures great karaoke, and al­ways has free bear hugs avail­able.
