NEW BACHELOR PAD
With his marriage over, Donald Trump Jr. won’t exactly be moving into one of those divorced-dad motels. The eldest son of the president just bought an $18.25 million oceanfront home in Palm Beach, Fla., not far from the Mar-a-lago resort their family owns. “It’s a total bachelor pad,” a source tells Life & Style. “Don Jr. needs a place to kick back, and this house, with its huge balcony overlooking the Atlantic and gigantic windows facing the ocean, is perfect for having girls over.” After 12 years of marriage, Vanessa Trump, 40, filed for divorce from the father of her five kids, also 40, on March 15, and within weeks Donald Jr. was linked with Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle, 49. But he isn’t necessarily tying himself to one woman: “He could use the house for Kimberly — or anyone else he plans on dating,” the source notes. “He always loved being surrounded by beautiful models. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a bunch of gorgeous girls showing up to lie out on the beach behind the house.” Donald Jr. and his married brother Eric, 34, bought the house from their aunt, Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, the president’s older sister. It’s a two-story, eight-bedroom home on a half-acre lot with a swimming pool. “Don has been under a lot of pressure lately,” the source adds, “and it’s the perfect place for him to relax.”
