There is no denying the keto diet has done Halle Berry’s body good. “It’s been largely responsibl­e for slowing down my aging process,” raves the 53-year-old of the low-carb, healthy fat–incorporat­ing eating plan. “The keto lifestyle offers so many benefits such as weight loss…appetite control, more energy.” Combining it with running, boxing and plyometric­s has led to astounding results for the mom of two. Still, “if I had to choose eat right or exercise, I would always go with eating right,” says Halle. “Sometimes I’m not able to exercise because of what’s going on in my life, but I can always eat right.”
