Mary-kate Olsen and estranged husband Olivier Sarkozy have finally reached a divorce agreement. An attorney for the French banker, 51, confirmed the news during a virtual hearing on Jan. 13, more than eight months after the fashion designer, 34, filed for an emergency order to stop him from kicking her out of their shared NYC apartment. “A huge weight has been lifted off Mary-kate’s shoulders. It feels as though she can breathe again,” shares an insider close to the former couple. “Olivier put her through absolute hell in the divorce, dragging it out for months with all the back-and-forth. One thing’s clear: They won’t ever be friends or amicable exes. Mary-kate’s washed her hands of him for good.”
