JOANNE (STAPELBERG) KOKER

May 20, 1952 – May 8, 2017

Jo Anne (Stapelberg) Koker, age 64 passed away May 8, 2017 in Stockton CA. She has now joined her father Donald and her brother Patrick in heaven. She was born May 20, 1952 in Stockton, CA to Frances A. Stapelberg and Late Donald J. Stapelberg.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years Raymond Jr., mother Frances, brothers Frank, Michael, William and wives Barbara, Debby, Lillian, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Her family moved to Lodi, CA where she grew-up and went to St Anne Catholic School in Lodi, St. Mary’s High School, MTI Business, and Delta College where she earned her AA. She worked at Delta as a teacher’s aide, Mall coffee shop and House of Fabrics where she became the manager. Then she worked at Lucky’s / Albertsons for 25 years before retiring from the business. After retiring she joined the Red Hats and the Quilt Club. She became the Queen in her Group and just became the secretary in the Quilt Club. JoAnne will be greatly missed by her many friends, who will keep her close in their hearts.
