Joshua Paul Dun­kleGar­cia, 26, of Lock­e­ford, passed away on June 20, 2017. He was born on Novem­ber 28, 1990, in Lodi, to Juan Gar­cia, Jr and Elain Paula Dunkle. He was a mem­ber of Shel­ter Cove Com­mu­nity Church of Modesto. Josh loved spend­ing time with his beau­ti­ful daugh­ter Ne­vaeh tak­ing her to parks, malls, restau­rants, dif­fer­ent events, church, and bar­be­cues with fam­ily and friends. He en­joyed cook­ing, bar­be­quing, gam­ing, fish­ing, lis­ten­ing to mu­sic, at­tend­ing con­certs, watch­ing movies, fol­low­ing his fa­vorite teams the Pitts­burgh Steel­ers and Pitts­burgh Pen­guins. He was a daddy, a son, brother, grand­son, un­cle, nephew, cousin, friend, a foody, prankster, and a prac­ti­cal jokester. He loved to laugh and lived life to the fullest.

He is sur­vived by his par­ents, Johnny Gar­cia & Paula Dunkle; daugh­ter Ne­vaeh Gar­cia-Westby; broth­ers, Zack (Chelsea) Gar­cia, Luke Ledezma, Jake Ledezma; sis­ter, Lexi Ledezma; grand­parets, John and Lucy Gar­cia; niece, Emmy Gar­cia.

He was pre­ceded in death by his grand­par­ents, Ernest & Adila Dunk le; great­grand­par­ents, Je­sus and Esper­anza Gar­cia; great­grand­par­ents, Paul& He­len Adora.

A memo­rial ser­vice will be held on Fri­day, June 30, at 1pm at Lodi Fu­neral Home. There is no visi­ta­tion and com­mit­tal is pri­vate. Lodi Fu­neral Home is in charge of mak­ing the ar­range­ments.
