In honor of its one-year global part­ner­ship with the United Na­tions Chil­dren’s Fund (UNICEF), Louis Vuit­ton launched its first #MAKEAPROMISE day to raise funds for chil­dren in ur­gent need via its global net­work of stores. The high-fash­ion jug­ger­naut cel­e­brated the ini­tia­tive with cock­tail par­ties in 45 stores world­wide, in­clud­ing its Rodeo Drive flag­ship. Since the es­tab­lish­ment of the part­ner­ship last year, the Parisian brand has do­nated the sales pro­ceeds from its Sil­ver Lockit neck­lace, $2.5 mil­lion in to­tal, to UNICEF.
