Don’t run online letters in paper

Los Angeles Times - - Calendar -

As one of the shrinking ranks of subscribers to the paper edition of the L.A. Times, I am always disappointed to open the Calendar and see a raft of letters from (“Feedback,” Sept. 19), which I could have read for free.

An opinion lacking the writer’s full, real name is not worth reading. I fear this ship has sailed as far as the Calendar section, but I am writing in hopes of preventing these degraded communications from showing up on the print editorial pages.
