Jordan Spieth on Friday set a Masters record for the lowest 36-hole total, with more records seemingly within his reach. The lowest scores in Masters history after each round:

18 HOLES — 63, by Greg Norman, 1996. ( Note: Spieth had a firstround 64 on Thursday.)

36 HOLES — 130, by Spieth. ( Note: Beat record of 131 by Ray Floyd, 1976.)

54 HOLES — 201, by Floyd, 1976, and Tiger Woods, 1997. ( Note: Floyd finished with an eight-stroke victory over Ben Crenshaw.)

72 HOLES — 270, by Woods, 1997. ( Note: Twelve-shot margin over runner-up Tom Kite is still a Masters record.)
