Cross-country bike tour

Bike aficionados can tackle the bucket trip of a lifetime on a 45-day Portland Ore., to Portland, Maine, tour organized by Trek Travel. Cyclists will cover 3,700 miles, averaging 100 miles a day, with four rest days scheduled. Three guides and a massage therapist will accompany the group, which will pedal the Lewis & Clark Trail in Washington state, ride through the Black Hills of South Dakota and cycle through Pennsylvania’s Amish communities and Allegheny National Forest.
