La Gon­dola restau­rant on Cheoc Van Beach in Coloane, the south­ern­most and least-spoiled of Ma­cau’s is­lands, is fan­tas­tic for an al­fresco lunch or din­ner. Some say the piz­zas are the best in Ma­cau; they are thin and baked in a char­coal oven. The clams in white wine are fan­tas­tic too. The prices are very rea­son­able.
