Start times set for se­lected games for USC, UCLA

The Pac-12 Con­fer­ence on Mon­day an­nounced start­ing times for part of its foot­ball sched­ule, set­ting six USC games and five UCLA games.

For open­ers on Sept. 5, UCLA will host Vir­ginia at 12:30 p.m. at the Rose Bowl, and USC will host Arkansas State at 8 p.m. at the Coli­seum.

The fol­low­ing Satur­day, USC will host Idaho at 5 p.m., and UCLA will travel to Ne­vada Las Ve­gas for a game that starts at 7:30 p.m.

USC opens Pac-12 play on Sept. 19, host­ing Stan­ford at 5 p.m.

UCLA will host Brigham Young the same day at 7:30 p.m.

USC also learned the times of its games against Wash­ing­ton (at the Coli­seum on Oct. 8 at 6 p.m.), Notre Dame (in South Bend, Ind., Oct. 17 at 4:30 p.m. PDT) and Colorado (in Boul­der, Colo., Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. PST).

In Oc­to­ber, UCLA plays backto-back Thurs­day night games against Stan­ford, Oct. 15 in Palo Alto at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 22 at the Rose Bowl against Cal­i­for­nia at 6 p.m.
