Trav­el­ers who want to get in touch with their in­ner shep­herd may want to con­sider a trip to coun­ties Kerry and Cork in Ire­land with Vagabond Adventure Tours. This “im­mer­sion ex­cur­sion,” which in­cludes horse­back rid­ing on a Din­gle Penin­sula beach, culi­nary out­ings and for­ag­ing for wild foods by kayak, is called “Kerry Un-Corked.” Other high­lights in­clude a day work­ing with a shep­herd on a hill farm and cy­cling in Kil­lar­ney Na­tional Park. Par­tic­i­pants on this eight-day jour­ney will spend two nights in the small towns of Din­gle and Kin­sale.
