This smoothie takes a cue from the popular Cuban cock­tail (mi­nus the rum, of course). Ste­via is a nat­u­ral, calo­rie-free sweet­ener that you can find in most su­per­mar­kets. To a blen­der, add 1 cup co­conut wa­ter or wa­ter, 1 tsp finely grated lime zest, 3 limes, peeled and quar­tered, 1 cup torn curly-leaf kale leaves, ½ cup firmly packed mint, 2 cups frozen pineap­ple chunks and 5 drops al­co­hol-free liq­uid ste­via (plus more to taste). Puree on high 30 to 60 sec­onds, un­til smooth and creamy.
