Unequal justice

Re “Ex-judge jailed in standoff,” June 12

Justice: A mentally ill black man walking down the street in South L.A. is stopped and killed by police; a white judge in his home in West L.A. fires two shots at police and is taken into custody unharmed.

It makes perfect sense. Or does it?
