Comic- Con re­veals openers

Comic- Con In­ter­na­tional on Thurs­day re­vealed the pro­gram­ming sched­ule for its f irst two days, and “The Hunger Games: Mock­ing jay — Part 2” and “Doc­tor Who” are among the high­lights.

Comic- Con, to run July 9 to 12 at the San Diego Con­ven­tion Cen­ter, has a preview night July 8 that will fea­ture sneak- peek screen­ings of TV pilots for “Su­per­girl,” “Blindspot,” “Con­tain­ment,” “Lu­cifer” and “Teen Ti­tans Go!”

On open­ing day, fans can get an ex­clu­sive f irst look at the fi­nal in­stall­ment of “The Hunger Games” f ilms. That will ac­com­pany a Q& A ses­sion with the cast and f ilm­maker.

BBC’s of­fi­cial “Doc­tor Who” panel will fea­ture the Comic- Con de­but of Peter Ca­paldi, who plays the 12th Doc­tor. The panel also will in­clude ac­tresses Jenna Coleman ( Clara Oswald) and Michelle Gomez ( Missy) as well as lead writer and ex­ec­u­tive pro­ducer Steven Mof­fat and ex­ec­u­tive pro­ducer Brian Minchin.

Sched­ules for July 10 to 12 will be re­leased later.
