Mike Hayes, 45, en­tered into rest on Novem­ber 9, 2017 in Modesto, CA. He was born on Au­gust 13, 1972 in Braw­ley, CA.

He is sur­vived by his wife of four years Linda Law­son-Hayes; fa­ther, Glen and mother, Janet Hayes; brother Pa­trick Hayes; niece and neph­ews, Crys­tal, Cash and Ry­der and two great­nephews, Jor­dan and Randy.

Mike was a res­i­dent of Modesto and grew up in Man­teca at­tend­ing Se­quoia and Lincoln Ele­men­tary School and grad­u­at­ing from Man­teca High School in 1991 where he played the tim­pani drum in the band. He had a great love for an­i­mals of all types. Michael had a vi­brant per­son­al­ity where he was known around town as “Man­teca Mike.” He en­joyed sports as he was an avid NASCAR and Red­skins fan. Mike had a gen­tle soul, al­ways demon­strat­ing kind­ness and com­pas­sion to oth­ers around him.

P.L .Fry & Son is hon­ored to be serv­ing the Hayes fam­ily. Vis­i­ta­tion will be on Fri­day, Novem­ber 17, 2017 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. held at P.L. Fry & Son, 290 N. Union Rd., Man­teca.

A grave­side ser­vice will be on Satur­day, Novem­ber 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. held at Park View Cemetery, 3661 E. French Camp Rd., Man­teca, CA.
