Even “luxury” portable bathrooms may not be luxurious. But there are ways to up their appeal.

Point them out. Make out-of-the-way bathrooms easy to find. Jones suggests posting signs with arrows, in your color palette or in a style to suit the venue.

Personalize them. If you had a monogram or logo created for the wedding, use it here, too. Stamp it on door signs or have it embroidered on hand towels. You can also ask your florist to create extra bouquets to brighten counters.

Disguise them. Some pros hire tent companies to drape bathroom trailers, but Birch prefers a lighter approach. “Simple lattice framing the trailer works nicely without fully enclosing it—because air circulation is key— and you can embellish that with greenery or flowers,” she says.
