DiMuzios celebrate 67th wedding anniversary
Tony and Pearl DiMuzio of La Plata will celebrate their 67th wedding anniversary April 30. The couple wed April 30, 1949 in Oceanside, Calif., when Tony DiMuzio was in the U.S. Marine Corps. They traveled to many locations until he retired in 1967 from Camp Lejeune, N.C., and started a new career in Maryland with the Prince George’s County Board of Education. He retired, again, in 1987 and made Maryland their home. In addition to their three children, they have five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson.
Tony and Pearl DiMuzio continue to enjoy traveling and visiting with friends and family.
Jayme Taylor Weaver and Joseph Phillip Weaver III of Annapolis announce the birth of their daughter, Remy Jay Weaver, at 8:12 a.m. Feb. 2, 2016, at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, La Plata. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long. She has three brothers, Nathan, Cruz and Rowen. Grandparents are Mark and Niniane Taylor of Annapolis and Joseph Weaver Jr. and Rhonda Weaver.
Cain William Brown
Tristan and Mar y-Anne Brown of King George, Va., announce the birth of their son, Cain William Brown, on Feb. 24, 2016, at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Va. He weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces. He has two sisters, Leah and Khaya, and one brother, Trig. Grandparents are John and Sharon Brown of La Plata and Jim and Mary Yates of La Plata.
