DiMuzios cel­e­brate 67th wed­ding an­niver­sary

Tony and Pearl DiMuzio of La Plata will cel­e­brate their 67th wed­ding an­niver­sary April 30. The cou­ple wed April 30, 1949 in Ocean­side, Calif., when Tony DiMuzio was in the U.S. Marine Corps. They trav­eled to many lo­ca­tions un­til he re­tired in 1967 from Camp Le­je­une, N.C., and started a new ca­reer in Mary­land with the Prince Ge­orge’s County Board of Ed­u­ca­tion. He re­tired, again, in 1987 and made Mary­land their home. In ad­di­tion to their three chil­dren, they have five grand­chil­dren, 13 great grand­chil­dren and 1 great, great grand­son.

Jayme Tay­lor Weaver and Joseph Phillip Weaver III of An­napo­lis an­nounce the birth of their daugh­ter, Remy Jay Weaver, at 8:12 a.m. Feb. 2, 2016, at Univer­sity of Mary­land Charles Re­gional Med­i­cal Cen­ter, La Plata. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long. She has three brothers, Nathan, Cruz and Rowen. Grand­par­ents are Mark and Nini­ane Tay­lor of An­napo­lis and Joseph Weaver Jr. and Rhonda Weaver.

Cain Wil­liam Brown

Tris­tan and Mar y-Anne Brown of King Ge­orge, Va., an­nounce the birth of their son, Cain Wil­liam Brown, on Feb. 24, 2016, at Mary Washington Hospi­tal, Fred­er­icks­burg, Va. He weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces. He has two sisters, Leah and Khaya, and one brother, Trig. Grand­par­ents are John and Sharon Brown of La Plata and Jim and Mary Yates of La Plata.
