Trin­ity Bap­tist Church will host a Women At Risk (WAR) In­ter­na­tional jew­elry party 1-4 p.m. April 30 at the church, 2671 Mat­ta­woman-Bean­town Road, Wal­dorf. Church to host Eco­nomic and Fi­nan­cial Lit­er­acy Work­shop

Work­shop 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 30 at the church, 3280 Leonard­town Road, Wal­dorf. Work­shops will be of­fered for the en­tire fam­ily. Im­mac­u­late Con­cep­tion Church will hold a din­ner and fes­ti­val noon5 p.m. May 1 at the church par­ish cen­ter, 28297 Old Vil­lage Road, Me­chan­icsville. Menu in­cludes South­ern Mary­land fried chicken, baked chicken, ham, crab balls, spiced shrimp, green beans, pars­ley pota­toes, pick­led beets, ap­ple­sauce, coleslaw, gar­den salad, rolls, peaches, and bev­er­ages.
