All Marylanders will have the opportunity this week to receive the U.S. Dental Access (Aetna Dental) program at no cost. This special offer is being made possible by Maryland Rx Card to bring attention to their Rx Awareness Week initiative. The Maryland Rx Card is a free statewide prescription assistance program that was launched in 2009.

Maryland residents can choose from more than 169,000 dental practice locations nationwide through the US Dental Access Program. In most instances, savings are 15-50 percent off per visit. Maryland residents simply show their discount card at the time of service and pay the discounted fee. The program offers on-the-spot savings with no referrals, no waiting periods and no claims to file.

Maryland Rx Card provides significant prescription savings on brand and generic medications and is accepted at most pharmacies across Maryland. All Maryland residents are eligible to access both programs. Go to www.Mary to get a free dental and prescription card. All cards are pre-activated and can be used immediately. The dental card is good for two years and the pharmacy card has no expiration date.
