Thank you for helping Project Graduation
Kiwanis Club of Charles County extends sincere thanks to the many businesses and organizations who supported our efforts with Project Graduation this year.
The event was held at the College of Southern Maryland on June 2, 3, and 4 as a celebration of the recent 2016 high school graduates. The supporters contributed to the success of the event with donations of money, food and time.
The many organizations and businesses included: Apple Spice, Babes Boy, Burger King, Charles Street Baker y, Checkers, Circus Circus Ice Cream, College of Southern Maryland, Domino’s of Bryans Road and La Plata, Educational Systems FCU, Elbert’s Ice, Famous Dave’s, Grille 13/Sugar Lips, Hooters, Kiwanis Club of Waldorf, Ledo’s of La Plata and Waldorf, Outback of Waldorf, Pizza Hotline in La Plata, Pizza Hut of La Plata and Waldorf, Stacey Miller Catering, Starbucks, Utz Chips, Vocelli’s and Waldorf Lions Club.
We also thank the Charles County Citizens for Substance Free Youth, led by John Hayden, and all the volunteers who offered their time to make this event such a success.
Again, thank you to all for making a difference in our schools and community.
